Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Wisher (wisher.ng) is a digital graduation platform operated by INABOT (“Wisher”, “we”, “us”). It lets graduating students open a page where classmates, friends, and family leave signatures, messages, photos, voice notes, video wishes, and monetary gifts. By creating a page, signing a shirt, or sending anything through Wisher, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and pages
You must provide accurate details (name, school, contact) when creating a page, and you’re responsible for keeping your password safe. One page per account. You must be old enough to hold the bank account and phone number you register with. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
3. Your content
Signatures, messages, photos, and videos submitted to a page belong to their creators. By submitting, you give the page owner and Wisher permission to display, store, and include them in the page’s downloads and keepsakes. Page owners control what appears on their page and can remove any content sent to them. Don’t submit anything unlawful, hateful, or that you don’t have the right to share; we can remove content that breaks this rule and, where the law requires, cooperate with authorities.
4. Monetary gifts and fees: transparent pricing
Cash gifts are processed by Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment processor. Gifts can range from ₦500 to ₦500,000. International Visa and Mastercard payments are charged in Naira; your bank converts and may add its own foreign-exchange fee.
Wisher deducts a platform fee of 5% from each gift. Example: a ₦10,000 gift adds ₦9,500 to the graduate’s withdrawable balance. This fee covers payment processing and running the platform. There are no other Wisher charges on gifts. Page creation is currently free during our launch period; if that changes, prices will be shown clearly before any payment.
5. Payouts
Gifts settle automatically to the Nigerian bank account a graduate registers on their dashboard. The account name must match the graduate’s registered identity. Each gift is split and sent by Paystack at the moment it's paid, and usually reaches the graduate's bank within 1 business day; settlement can take longer over a weekend or bank holiday. There is no manual withdrawal step.
6. Refunds and disputes
A gift is a voluntary present to the graduate, once delivered to a page it is generally not refundable by Wisher. If you sent money in error (wrong page, wrong amount, unauthorised card use), contact us within 7 days at inabot12345@gmail.com and we’ll investigate with Paystack. Card chargebacks are handled through your bank.
7. What we’re not responsible for
Wisher is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the platform available and your keepsakes safe, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service and we’re not liable for losses caused by events outside our control (bank downtime, network failures, force majeure). Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform grows; the “last updated” date above will change and material changes will be announced on the site. Questions or complaints: inabot12345@gmail.com, or the complaint box on our Contact page.
